"I will be very honest with this hotel. I had to get something quick because we had an event coming up and we drove 6 hours from NY to Virginia. Right when we checked in we were greated by the staff and they were very nice I will say that.
Got to the elevator to go to the room and horrible . The smell the floor the elevator just so nasty and DIRTY.
Get into the room and right off the bat the sofa was disgusting nothing was whipped down had such a musty smell.
I immediately called the front desk...

"I stopped by another hotel to ask directions to this place. I stayed for one night only. The place was okay. The coffeemaker was not plugged and the visible outlet was in the sink area. Btw, only decaffeinated coffee was provided (no cream/sugar). It was an okay stay."

The room was clean, parking one block away.
Check out dismal. I checked out early 7:00. The staff member did not respond when I greeted him. When I placed the room key in the appropriate bin I said, I hope you have a lovely day. He did not look up or respond. My granddaughter was stunned as was I ! We will mot stay hete again"

"Clean, quiet hotel with pleasant front desk person. Room and bed were comfortable BUT it was cold and one could not regulate the AC unit. Could not even turn it off.
Breakfast was disappointing because the coffee was not good at all and the only "bread" item available was white bread--no wheat bread, bagels or muffins. I stayed at a Hampton Inn the night before. It was a better experience."

It smelled like stale cigarettes, bathroom had hair shavings, keep your shoes on as the rug was disgusting.
The door locked but was not tight so I slide a chair to lock it and the dresser.

"We were there for 6 nights our beds were never changed there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, rust all in the shower. Trash was only taken out once and no liners in trash cans. We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Room was never vacuumed or swept the sink was dirty when we arrived and there was hair all over the floor. Only one elevator worked and the parking garage leaked all over when it rained. I have always stayed with IHG and...
