"First off the reception staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Our room was as we'd expected and suited our needs. There was only one hiccup though that the washing machine developed a fault which then took out the cold water supply, but these things happen. We'd definitely stay again, thank you."

"We loved our stay here, in The Highgrove Suite. It was perfect for family of 5. We kept commenting on how spacious it was, how nice the bathrooms were, everything so clean, and so great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer so that we didn’t have to pack as much! The staff were very kind and helpful and the 24hr staffing was very reassuring. It was so convenient to the Earls Court tube station and we quickly learned how to navigate the city. The Kensington neighborhood was completely safe...

"Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. It is a tiny room with a treadmill and a couple light dumbbells. They would be better off affiliating themselves with a local gym and give us...

"Breakfast was fine-be aware that they provide boiled eggs and cold cuts. The pastries are freshly baked. Good selection of cold cereals, breads, etc. Nice start to the day! Breakfast staff are friendly.
Suite was very nice with well stocked kitchenette, two nice tv’s. Also had a washing machine.
I had booked a ground level suite which is not the first floor-it is the lower level (stairs/elevator)"

"Automated AI system to get in. It worked however if your phone dies you have no way to got in.
Communitcation about our complaint that the room was unbelievably small and the building was unbearably hot resulted in AI automated responses and got no where.
Although it was a hot day it made no sense why the room never cooled down.
Room big enough for 1 person really. Double bed left hardly any floor space."

"パディントン駅から近く便利。ハイドパーク含めて、とても良いネイバー。
全て満足だけど、気をつけたいのは荷物を預けられるのはハイドパークの建物なので、駅から少しだけ遠くなること。
パディントンの建物にはエレベーターがないので一 階で良かったです。"
