"Multi storey property located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Our friendly hostess came to the peoperty within a few minutes of arrival to let me in. Gave me indo on keys and access, then showed me communal kitchen with tea and coffee plus cooking equipment. "We stayed 2 nights in a 2nd floor room over looking the courtyard. The staff were all very welcoming & friendly. The breakfast had a good variety, nice and hot & cooked well which is not always the case for buffet style breakfasts. The location is good for the Peak District. Plenty of parking & although due to weather we were not able to enjoy it, the outside area was very pretty. The bathroom could benefit from a little work. Overall Good Location, welcome staff, excellent breakfast."
