"Although the room was clean and had comfortable beds. I did not expect to not see basic tea/coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was poor with no choice of any hot food, just yogurt, bread, some deli and drinks. The shuttle dropped off at the nearest bus stop which means you have to walk with luggage about 2 minutes which is okay, but with a little kid it was not very comfortable for me holding 3 suitcases and a child. Next time, I would find another property."

"Clean & friendly staff, dog friendly and honestly best stay for when you’re flying out the next day and want to take advantage of the surrounding lakes and trails. Gives it less of an airport hotel kinda vibe but a last relaxing resort for an upcoming day of travels. Big bonus is the huge Restaurant & Biergarten just across the street. Will definitely be back"

"Showed up at 11:30 pm right as the restaurant was closing because my train was late to a massive line at check in and very slow service. When I reached the front finally the person told me to wait as if I hadn’t already been doing that for 30 + min after a brutal travel day. She was very nice and helped me out to get checked in. "I wish we would have known where the meeting place for the shuttle was, that is at the Medical Center. Some correspondence telling us that before our arrival should have taken place.
I think the transportation to the hotel could have been directly to the front of the hotel, instead of dropping us off a couple of blocks away. I also think a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room would have been very nice.
There should be grab bars in the shower for safety sake.

"We had a long layover in Frankfurt and didn’t want to stray far from the airport as we were leaving early the next day. The hotel was nice but wouldn’t give me HH points as I booked through Expedia. Being that we were passing through in June it was hot and AC is a luxury only in the rooms. The other issue was the mang kindly lent us EU plug adapters for the night, we were worn out from traveling."

"Das Zimmer war neu saniert und sehr sauber. Super Lage - im Süden - Nachteil sehr warm und keine Klimaanlage - daher etwas hot in der Nacht.
Kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, was mit der Buchungsgrund war und auch das kostenlose Frühstück, welches jetzt nicht so erwähnenswert ist, aber für mich war es ausreichend, um in den Tag zu starten. Alles in Allem würde ich es für eine Nacht wieder buchen."
