"This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations
The bathroom was partially cleaned. Both the tub and toliet needed to be replaced. The cleaning staff were cordial but only one male understood and spoke English while others had to use the phone for interpretation. I am thankful for the workers but waiting for someone to interpret can be difficult when you're on a schedule.

"Well, there’s a first for everything. I was lucky enough to experience a bed bug infestation. I called the office to inform them while I was at work. I explained the situation over the phone around 9am and gentleman on the phone sounded like he couldn’t care less. I figured they would call me back once they found. They didn’t. I called a few hours later. Same guy. He’s like “oh yeah, it’s bed bugs; we moved your stuff to another room.” Not apologetic, nothing. Move to new room and wake up this...
