They offered to stay in a quieter location and when they were informed it was my birthday they had a bottle of wine and chocolates to greet us in the room. This hotel is in a great location. Easy walk from Southern Cross station. Trams very close by and we were lucky to have free public transport during our stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation to all."
