"Staff were very courteous and helpful. Valet parking made arrival super easy. The welcome drink was a nice touch, however, even though check in was at 3.00pm, we had to wait until after 4.00 until the room was ready. Breakfast was quite good, with ample choice, but not exceptional. Pool was nice, but a problem with the heating made it a little cool. "Really wonderful hotel, right in the heart of China Town and central to just about everything. Room was very clean, service is impeccable throughout stay. Beds and pillows were all great. Access to city is handy, can go exit either side. More food and shops than you can ever dream of. Melbourne is seriously dense with options.
