"Love staying here usually. The only disappointment is Courtenay Place itself. This unfortunately has become a run down area, hardly welcolming for visitors to Wellington.. The hotel is good and staff were amazing, very helpful and obliging."

"My stay couldn’t have gone better. The staff were all very courteous, and attentive. My flight landed a bit early for check-in and while I dropped my bags off the staff at the front desk was able to get my room turned over remarkably quickly for me which was very appreciated after a long flight. ..."
