"The staff were the best thing about this stay. The room was ok, clean and everything I'd expect from a motel. However, my room faced onto a large public car part that served a pub, restaurant and the biggest bottle shop I've seen. It was used by young people to kick a ball around. I needed to sleep early, but was woken at 10:30, just after the doors were closed, by a youngster asking if I'd let him through my room to the back so he could retrieve his football. I refused. "Great base for one or two nights if you’re on a budget. It’s a converted warehouse but smartly turned into a hotel with basic but perfectly clean rooms. Breakfast is a nice little bonus too. Nothing gourmet but was helpful to grab a small bite before leaving. Plenty of parking. WiFi was good. We also appreciate the earlier check in. Value for money excellent. Thank you."

"Loved staying in a historic building. Beautiful architecture and great, friendly staff. The bar is exceptionally eell sticked ! Only difficulty for us was the music downstairs in the bar and restaurant until midnight when we are usually early to bed. Please note steep, narrow stairs, but it is a historic building."

"The place is okay, but honestly, it could be so much better.
No in-room dining options. We were told we could order breakfast downstairs at the bistro and take it back to our room, which isn't exactly premium service.
Breakfast was disappointing. We were asked how we'd like our eggs cooked, although I'm not sure why they bothered. My over-easy eggs looked like they'd been splattered into the pan and forgotten about. I sent them back. My wife's poached eggs came out hard. Not sure why getting...
