"WHAT a discovery! I loved my stay at Canalside -- the room was beautifully updated, but still had those historic squeaky wooden floors that remind everyone to be a little quieter (it worked!). The coffee maker produced great morning joe; the shower got hot almost immediately; the bed linens were soft and the towels were a perfect blend of absorbent and scratchy. "I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was conveniently located in the heart of Niagara. The room was clean and quiet and the staff really helpful - especially considering I forgot a phone charger etc."

I reported these issues to the front desk, but they did not seem to care or make any effort to resolve the problem. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the lack of customer service."
