"When we first checked in and got to our room, there were dust webs all around the ceiling. So I went to the front desk complained. The owner did come out and cleaned it right. We went out for a few hours and later that night, I found an empty liquor bottle on the nightstand shelf. I went and complained and asked for another room because we felt like the room was unclean. He told me no they didn’t have any more availability. Which the motel seemed like it wasn’t full because there was not a lot...

Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE...

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Ramada by Wyndham. I booked 3 rooms specifically because the hotel advertised a pool and arcade for the kids. After a 3.5-hour drive, we arrived only to be told that the pool, gym, and arcade were all closed for construction. This was not clearly disclosed on the booking site, and I could not find it on the hotel’s website either. To make matters worse, we were still charged a $45 parking fee. Given the circumstances, this felt completely unreasonable....
