"Staff were very nice and polite. Gym was good. Hair in the bathtub and carpets really old and worn in the halls and room and toilet didn't flush well. We used the shuttle to and from the hotel and the airport it was very convenient and right on time. It was ok for one night."

"The room was large and very well designed with modern amenities. Especially impressed with auto lights that come on in the night below bed and guides to washroom. Nice shower. Super large picture window. Very quiet. Restaurants are amazingly good. Dinner and breakfast. Wow!"

"TLDR: Shuttle service will not accommodate bicycles packed for air travel. If you're traveling with a bicycle and want airport transportation, stay somewhere else. The long version: I chose this airport because they had shuttle service to the airport. I asked two front desk people if it would be all right if I brought a bicycle, packed in a box, onto the shuttle, and they said yes. "My pillow had a huge blood stain and they covered it with the case. That says it all. They set the AC and the room was so hot therefore you can’t sleep. The room wasn’t even clean. We were very disappointed."
