Two elevators were not working and the pool was not appealing since it was very small, near the parking and only a couple of umbrellas in good condition. "My wife and I stayed at this Hampton Inn by Hilton over the weekend of the 4th of July. I was impressed with such a great customer service by every employee at this Hotel. The front desk staff, to the Breakfast lady and the cleaning personnel all made us feel special. The breafast has so many variety and plenty of food. I will definitely be back to this Hotel and I have already told many of my friends and family that this place is amazing."

"The hot tub was not working and the pool could have been skimmed occasionally but the room was clean. The tub faucet had a leak though. So did my sisters room. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was more then some hotels offer."

"I had specifically booked an accessible room which showing a handicap insignia tells me that it is handicap which means a commode high enough for an adult to reach when sitting down and a walk in shower. When I registered I asked if it was handicapped and was told I booked hearing impaired. No where in the listing did it say hearing-impaired. I will not be booking at Sleep Inn again."

"En route to the hotel, we received an email (not a phone call) that they could not accommodate our room. We were offered a king bed with a blow up mattress for 3 adults. I called the hotel and they did express their apologies but nothing else. No assistance to get another room (until I asked at towards the end of our call). We have stayed at this property many times and we do not plan to return. There was a lack of empathy or even how they could help us find another place to stay for the...

"Staff was professional and attentive. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Outstanding variety for breakfast menu."

"The AC in our room was broken. Had to come two times to fix it went to bed got woken up at 3 AM when carbon monoxide detector was ringing call front desk was told there was no maintenance to unplug it, we said is there a week because it was bringing they moved us to a small room at 3:30 AM. The next day the Manager Kim called us back and was talking over us trying to tell us we had to stay in that small room, even though I paid for a bigger room finally after arguing got put back in that room so...
