"Great property had everything that u would and could need very clean and spacious felt right at home. The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private. Other than that great stay. "

"Cute, modern and very clean apartment! The apartment had all the conveniences of home which is just what we needed for our short stay! Though it is located near a major road, it is very quiet and car traffic was minimal and could not be heard inside the apartment. Highly recommend! We will return!"

"We had an amazing stay at the dolphin dream house. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Fishing in the canal behind the house was great fun. We caught so many fish and a pretty wide variety too.The area around the home was very nice too. Downtown and fisherman's village were highlights.The host was very responsive and accommodating.I would definitely recommend the dolphin dream house and hope to stay here again soon. "

"The host, Christian, were very accommodating; they even had complimentary refreshments waiting for us in the fridge! The property met our special need and the location is great. Near downtown Punta Gorda, both quaint and hip. It is also dog friendly and convenient to several parks, restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again. :)"

"Parents and 5 adult children visiting family. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked ie shampoo, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and kitchen stuff. Hot tub was prefect! Day trip to Sanibel and Captiva and 45 min. to Venice. Sherry was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house."

"Stove top was a mess, lots of piled drywall dust in a lot of corners, the stove is a flat one, I took cleaner and a razor blade to it! I didn’t dare us the burners until I got the scum off them! It looks great now 👍 the house itself is big, spacious and beautiful! Also every mirror had a film on it, along with the glass kitchen table , so I cleaned all the mirrors and in All 4 bedrooms, and the glass tops in the living room! 👍"

"We had a group of 5 stay in the house for 6 nights. Every need we had- from docking a boat to cooking and hanging out together- was met. The place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and having what we needed. Unlike some rentals, this was a well-stocked home including coolers, floats, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The only thing we lacked for was a giant stockpot for our shrimp boil. We just used a couple medium pots. The home was clean and even smelled...
