this home was perfect for our family stay. the location is perfect and the home had the right amenities. we really appreciated the pool table, galaga game and already heated pool. the home was stocked just enough to make it homey feeling. we would def stay here again.

This was the first VRBO for us and we had a great experience. The owners made it very easy between the email of welcome, the detailed book at the house with suggestions of what to do/where to go and also very thorough labeling at the house.The home is very spacious, and the game room was nice for our family.

Absolutely beautiful home. All the top amenities were available for our use. We loved the pool area and fishing in the canal. Troy was a perfect gem of a host. Beautiful Home

This house is everything you need for a great stay. The location is close to everything. Comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, and kitchen was well stocked with any utensil you’d need. The pool area was very clean and the pool was well maintained. I would highly recommend this home. Thanks Troy for being a great host!! There were also kayaks and bicycles to use!!! Also, the owner Troy, was very good to communicate with. We love the quick response time!!

Punta Gorda Retreat

Our stay at this property was amazing! The house is centrally located, close to everything, including a variety or beaches and our favorite spot Fisherman’s Village. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation stay. We enjoyed the pool daily and saw tons of fish right at the dock. We will definitely be back soon!

As advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen had all the needed items, and we especially loved relaxing at the pool and lanai in the evening. The neighborhood felt very safe and was very conveniently located. The host Troy’s communication was on point and made our experience seamless from checking in to check out. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Punta Gorda. Only recommendation would be for some kitchen towels.

Best Yet…

Last minute work trip, couldn’t recommend this properly enough. I’ve stayed at Fishetmans Village and Sunseeker, this was my favorite stay by far. Troy very easy to work with, will stay here again.

Perfect girls getaway!

The listing was exactly as it showed on-line and both the listing and guest book had all the information we needed. Troy even provided coffee pods for the Keurig and laundry pods so we could wash the beach towels. The pool was very clean and relaxing and it was fun to sit on the dock and watch the fish jump. We spent a lot of time at Fisherman's Village dining, shopping and enjoying the sunset entertainment. The only downside is that there is not a true beach within about 45 minutes from the house but Venice beach was worth the drive. Troy was a great conmunicator and we had no major issues during our stay.

Quiet and Charming

Property was very nice and offered everything we needed. The location is very safe and really quiet - seems to be an area of older more retirement age persons. Communication with the owner was fantastic and we had no issues with the property. Heated pool at no extra charge was a bonus on a few chilly days. Great location to walk down to Fisherman’s Village with nice shops and fabulous food options. Great stay!
