"Everything seemed clean but unfortunately we did see several roaches and a few other bugs. Also I really want people to know that this is not a kid friendly place. There is a steep flight of stairs that is just open to the apartment. So small children cannot be put down unless left in a room. So that wasn’t very convenient. The owner was very nice and communicative. So I appreciated that."

"Great property even better hosts! This is a great spot, close to ammentities but tucked back in a quiet nook. Very clean well taken off with all the ameneties! Outdoor fire pit and hot tub are top notch. So much better than a hotel. Family and couple friendly. "

"The host was very responsive; however this house has so many good qualities but it could be great. The kitchen is lacking, not enough coffee cups, serving dishes oven mits. Downstairs has nothing in it. Ovens downstairs were off temperature. Host did run out to buy new silverware so we had enough during our stay. The house could use hooks on the back of doors to hang wet towels, black sheets in master, make you think something is not clean (never saw black sheets) definitely not enough...

"April was very responsive and helpful with booking and planning our stay for a concert at the Orange Peel...which is 2 blocks away! The studio is spacious and artistically decorated with vibrant colors and whimsy, matching the wonderful vibe of Asheville. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet for naps and nighttime. We will be back! "
