Familia Lakehouse: agua cristalina, playa de arena blanca, nueva construcción

Esta nueva casa podría decirse que tiene la mejor vista del lago desde sus porches abiertos y seleccionados. La propiedad se encuentra en 50 pies de frente de agua de arena blanca en el hermoso lago de pino. El agua increíblemente clara, el fondo arenoso y la entrada gradual al agua lo hacen perfecto para familias con niños.

Con dos dormitorios principales, uno en el piso principal y otro en el sótano de salida, esta casa es perfecta para vacacionistas de todas las edades. La casa cuenta con casi 3,000 pies cuadrados, en la unidad de lavandería, un plano familiar, 4 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños y con capacidad para 12 en camas.

La casa tiene dos televisores inteligentes habilitados para wifi (65 y 55 pulgadas), DVD, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime y muchas películas y juegos de mesa y cartas si llueve. Debido a la ubicación rural, hay pocos canales disponibles e Internet es para funciones de trabajo generales como el correo electrónico. La mayoría de los teléfonos celulares funcionan, pero algunos proveedores son un poco irregulares en su cobertura.

Pine Lake está catalogado como uno de los 10 mejores en claridad y calidad del agua en el estado de WI año tras año. Es un lago alimentado por manantiales de aproximadamente 150 acres y 50 pies de profundidad.
Perfecto para todo tipo de amantes del lago. Es lo suficientemente grande como para practicar esquí acuático, tubing y wakeboard, pero las reglas de No-wake antes de las 10 a.m. y después de las 5 p.m. lo hacen perfecto para navegar, remar, pescar y similares.

Para ustedes, pescadores, el lago se abastece anualmente con Blue Gill, Bass, Pike y Walleye y se creó un hábitat para peces en la esquina noroeste.

Winter Gathering of Friends

We recently stayed at Pine Lake Retreat for a weekend. We were very pleased with the entire process. It’s a nice place that is well kept. It’s on a nice quiet lake with good ice fishing. Jarred was tremendous to work with. We are 6 friends from college in our early 50s who have been getting together for many years and this could very likely be a place we go to for our annual winter gathering. Very happy to be able to give this a high rating.

The property was fantastic, communication before during and after was excellent, and it was a great space to be able to connect with our family while staying near our daughter's destination wedding. Beautiful, modern and cozy house

First of all Jarred provided all the details and instructions in an email for a safe and enjoyable stay. Inside the house it’s modern, incredibly clean, beautiful and cozy. We all had a good leisure time inside . It has a beautiful lake view even from inside. The lake was frozen. This should be a must place to stay especially in summer.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lake home. Everyone ooooh’d and ahhhh’d when we walked in. The sun was shining, the windows looked out on the lake and the home was beautiful. We had such a great time with so much space for the family to spread out into their own bedrooms. We had fantastic family time with home cooked meals, s’mores, games and movie night. The home is so clean and well appointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hoping to come back in the summer. Best experience yet at a rental!

Splendid Stay

Great rental for short or long term needs. Well stocked with supplies, games, children’s toys and books. We stayed two nights while traveling for a mountain bike race. The accommodations were very comfortable, roomy, stylish and clean. My kids were able to fish on the small stretch of sandy beach for their first ever fishing experience. They will never forget this place. There’s a nice private area for a portable campfire. Great for family gatherings and relaxing. Community was nice and quiet. Nice garage and parking for our 3 vehicles and mountain bikes.

Wonderful Columbus Day Weekend

Group included wife & I, 2 adult daughters - 1 with husband and our 2 grandkids (11 & 8), the other with her "boy-friend". We all had a wonderful time. Owner Jarred was extremely easy to communicate with and responded to all questions promptly. House is well laid out with a great room style living room, dining room, kitchen. All 4 bedrooms were large and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. The house is beautiful. It was very clean and all the appliances and furniture were in fantastic condition. Nice area out back to gather, enjoy an evening fire, and star gaze. The Milky Way is easily seen on clear nights. Sunset view from backyard was amazing. We were here too late in the season to enjoy fishing from the pier which had been removed already, in preparation for winter, but we were able to rent a pontoon boat from Becker Marina in Waupaca for a morning on the Chain of Lakes. Overall we had a wonderful time. Hope to come back next year.

Pine Lake does not disappoint

We have been renting properties in the area for 25 years. This is a beautiful property on a beautiful lake. The home had everything you could want and the frontage was perfect for kids and teens alike. We walked, boated, biked, and paddled our way around the lake for a great week of fun with the family. This is an amazing place to reconnct and make memories.

Perfect Lake Getaway!

This is simply one of the best properties we've stayed at through VRBO. The lake is beautiful. The water clear. The beach sandy. Inside, the layout was ideal for a vacation. The large open, kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for gatehring. The bedrooms and lower level gave plenty of room to spread out when needed. The screened in deck was lovely for lunch, dinner or games. Everything worked as expected. Jarred responded very quickly to my few questions. This is a can't miss property!

Perfect Weekend Get-away!

Nice lake house property. Pretty view of the sunset. Would be the perfect summer rental.

Rented for Thanksgiving week. Have family in the area and too many of us to all stay together. Spacious home. Accommodated the ten of us no problem. Owner is quick to respond with any concerns we had. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Fall Getaway

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our two-night getaway at this property. It's situated on clear, beautiful Pine Lake with wonderful sunset views. While the weather was chilly, we still appreciated the location and proximity to Hartman Creek State Park, where we took in a peaceful hike and beautiful scenery. The house itself is new and very well done. The basement bedroom/bathroom layout (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) was perfect for us, including our two boys (ages 4 and 1). The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the lake to wake up to every day. The basement was also outfitted with blocks and books for the kids, which were incredibly valuable when we were hanging out at the house. And the kitchen/living room combination upstairs was great for our family, too. We really enjoyed hanging out in front of the fireplace. In warmer weather, the screened porch would undoubtedly be wonderful, too. Jarred was really responsive and helpful, including providing us with a list of activities and restaurants that added to the enjoyment of our trip. We'll definitely be back in the summer when we can enjoy the lake, fire pit, and other features of this property that we couldn't this time. But this was a great "test run" for that. We highly recommend this property.

Just as advertised

Beautiful location with great views. Good for multi families with two master suites + addl bedrooms. We went off season with high lake- but still enjoyed dipping our feet in the clear lake.
