"The house is beautiful and very well decorated, but not too fancy that you’re afraid to have little kids there. The beds, pillows, and couches were beyond comfortable. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into this! The basement is such a good spot for the kids to relax and unwind while having their own space. The projector was very cool! The kitchen is very well designed. Only downside is the bar is not very secure so you don’t want kids putting their body weight on it while sitting there....

"We loved our stay in Wash Park neighborhood. Walkability quality is 10/10. Great restaurants for choice and quality. This was the perfect location for the 2 concerts we attended. One concert was at Red Rocks and one was at Mission Ballroom. 10/10 highly recommend. We hope to return again one day soon."
