"First, the positive. The cabin was clean and was dry during a lot of rain. The location is on the water and close to Gravenhurst. We arrived at the cabin not having received an email with check in instructions. There is no office there. Thankfully the cleaning lady let us in. We had called the host twice and messaged on VRBO inbox twice. It wasn’t until I texted him that he responded. I had asked prior to going if there was a coffee maker and was told no, yet there was one and I hadn’t brought...

"Very nice house; lots of space, there was everything we needed for our family of 5. The host is very responsive, easy process to check in/out. "Lacked basic amenities like hand soap or paper towels. Had to call again for Wi-Fi and cleaning. No chairs on the patio. Tv wasn’t working. Fireplace didn’t have supplies."

"Super convenient location close to Minden and on the river. We needed somewhere convenient to stay for a hockey tournament and this fit the bill. Communication with the owner was great and he was very accommodating."

"The premise of the compound is run down, and not clean/tidy. The inside of the house was nice, however the foot of the couch is broken, rooms have damp smell, AC is not working, warning of 200$ fine if garbage was not brought with the guest."
