"Unconventional because no front desk however communication on checking in, parking, building and room entry were great. Clean rooms with a keurig coffee machine. Short walk to a cute little downtown. Would stay again for sure."

"This property is in terrible condition! Our first room was so dirty and we had to get a staff to bring scotch tape to hold the dresser drawers to stay shut. Lamp was broken! Staff was foreign and didn’t understand English very well at all! We ended up having staff move us to a different room that was a little better! Overall don’t stay there "

"Stayed here many times and always pleasant. Lots of construction right now has temporarily cramped conditions and removed some amenities. Can’t wait for completion- hopefully everything is even better than before."

"Friendly staff. Room was clean Free Continental breakfast to start day was good. Convenient to the Notre Dame campus. Lights behind bed didn't work. Could use a bit of a refreshing. When fixes are done, a customer can tell that they were done quickly and most likely by a staff who may not know what a customer probably notices."

"The breakfast if you could even call it that was underwhelming. It consisted of only oatmeal and muffins, and the coffee was weak and watered down. The beds were uncomfortable, and the carpet was torn up in spots, which was a problem since I kept stepping on the exposed tack strips meant to hold it down. We also ran into a couple of issues with water pressure on our floor, though to their credit, staff got it resolved quickly. That said, the customer service was excellent for the most part,...

"We went for our son Notre dame graduation and everything was wonderfull ,so close to ND, clean,variety of restaurant around it,culver's(delicious hamburgers) in the property,they put a GRAD background for photos and a table with snacks for grab them,lot of choices for breakfast,safe neighborhood"
