"I thought the property itself was very clean and accessible in a great location at Canary Wharf. Short walk to the t Jubilee or line made the place ideal. Room was very comfortable as it actually was a studio where I could keep food and drinks. Local market was steps away to go buy supplies. Unfortunately, I stayed during the hottest week of the year and the temperature in my room in the evenings was extremely high and uncomfortable. "God beliggenhet og stor leilighet. Pent og moderne. Ikke så praktisk med dårlig vifte nå i den voldsomme sommervarmen, skulle hatt en bedre vifte. Fikk heller ikke innsjekkingsinformasjon, så måtte ringe for å både finne frem og komme oss inn. Men de på telefonen var veldig hjelpsomme. Ville ha bestilt igjen😊"

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside.
Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am.
The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"Staff are very friendly and considerate! Rooms are clean. Price varies on different dates which is a surprise. No outlets to dry hair in the toilet. Overall, the property is very well maintained."
