"This house is pretty much the only house on the entire block you are just surrounded by rainforest. No bugs in the house at all it was great. Couches aren't that comfortable and getting the Wi-Fi to work on the TV was a b**** sometimes but that was about the only negative. Beautiful property comfy beds no complaints"

"The pictures are touched up and the house is not as new as the pictures reflected. For example the bedspreads are white online but they are brightened so much you can’t tell they are actually dark grey. Carpet was gross. I’ll post pictures below. The bathrooms are old and dated but those pictures aren’t part of the listing. Also it doesn’t have air conditioning and it had a musty smell when you walk in. "Close to Volcano National Park. Quiet. Hosts made place feel welcoming with all lights and fans on. No AC. No dishwasher. Since all windows were open, it was buggy despite the window screens. Since it was cool at night, the August night was ok without AC. But, you had to wait for the night to be cool. Coqui frogs in the area. Even in the national park you heard frogs at night. Good for 1-2 night stay to visit Volcano National Park. 2 king beds as stated. Need to bring your own food...

"I didn’t actually stay there. I had reserved the entire property in may and december23, the Monday before we were supposed to arrive the owner said they were no longer able to accommodate us. They asked me to cancel the stay in order to receive a refund and didn’t answer any calls or emails for help in finding an alternative. Vrbo gave me a credit but was unable to help secure lodging at the last minute (we were already on the island). The volcano erupted Monday so maybe that had something to do...
