"It was a great place to stay. My sister fell and broke her knee on way driving to California. She could not climb the stairs, but the recliner attached to the couch worked out great for her to sleep on. I appreciated the fans that were available to use in this unit also....not all places think of them. The kitchen could use measuring spoons and cups though!"

"We had a blast with our family. Our kids loved the backyard and hot tub. Close proximity to the beach and all that San Diego has to offer. The host was so great with communication and making sure our stay was going well. We would recommend this for sure. "

"We especially loved the backyard with a lovely pool and grounds. Morning coffee was wonderful!The house was roomy and nice, but could have been cleaner especially in the cabinets under the bathroom sinks.The management was patient with us, but it would have been helpful to have a centralized book of information to have explicit directions and rules which were the same as the online instructions.Overall, this home afforded us a home base for a fantastic trip. "Kitchen, main living level, and deck were all great spaces. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We could hear guests in the adjoining unit during our stay. Very nice view from the hilltop."

"Probably one of the best Vrbo's we have stayed. Being able to park in and utilize the garage is a huge convenience. The owner was very responsive and helpful. They had all the little things that help ease a stay (soaps, garbage bags, TP, paper towels, etc...). The community pool was very nice, with a hot tub and nice seating area. Even a bbq! "Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

"The property was amazing, and so nice, it does not have AC though but they did provide two fans. The area was super nice, wasn’t loud at night and it was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!"

" It is a beautiful property and the views are stunning. Even though it’s perched on top of the hill, it is surprisingly close to wineries and dining. You rent the ground floor of the house and it has a bar, small refrigerator and coffee machine. Pretty much everything you need for a short and enjoyable stay. "

"Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!"

"Our stay was amazing! We were in town for a friend's wedding so we were pretty busy and did not use the pool but wish we had the time. The cottage itself was secluded and quiet. The views were gorgeous! The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We only did some minor cooking. Luann, the host, was so sweet and provided us some great recommendations for restaurants. If we would visit the area again, I would 100% stay there again and recommend it to others. "
