"The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk person was not friendly or helpful. To put it bluntly he behaved as though he was doing you a favor when checking you in. Did not greet you upon arrival, share amenities etc… He basically tossed the hotel map to me and said here you go! Also, guests should be aware that the hotel is two stories with NO elevator. "I don’t usually write bad reviews or reviews in general. The weird looks I received from the staff when I arrived weren’t an issue at all. However, I’d recommend you not book here if that bothers you. Even so, the bed was quite comfortable and clean. Keep in mind parking is $15 every night and breakfast is $18.90 per person. Other than that, everything was well until I saw a cockroach fall from the bathroom sink the morning of my check out. Who knows what else was going on in there that I wasn’t...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked well. The shower was especially comfortable. Parking was included and staff was friendly and helpful. I was not able to connect to the front desk but other than that everything was fine."

"I have never stayed at an AC by Marriott hotel before. What a nice discovery! It's now my favorite hotel brand. Friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to help their guests. "We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

"This is such a beautiful and unique hotel. Very kid friendly, but still giving off an elegant vibe for the adults. The well curated art collection throughout the property and grounds, along with a beautiful koi pond and friendly ducks, made this a very peaceful stay. We will be back!"

"Good hotel but far from dining etc. Check-in lady (lighter hair color) was nice and friendly. Check out woman (dark hair, Sunday morning) was very unclassy and niggardly for a hotel that is trying to be high end."

"There was no table for eating nor 2 chairs. There was no couch to sit on to watch tv. The tv was difficult to see from the bed. This is a suite with kitchen and I expected more than a bed and a desk chair. The bed was very uncomfortable and sank in the middle."
