"The hotel is far from Venice, the hotels shuttle service was not available and it was a nightmare to get there, the body cream gave me a horrible rash and the staff charged the tourist tax twice, on arrival and check out. The staff was not helpful about information about vaporetos and they didn’t tell us we needed a previous ticket for the chapel. The hotel staff actually didn’t help at all."

"Very nice hotel in Lido, 10 minute walk from Vaporetto station that take to Rialto, San Marcos or any station. It takes around 20-25 minutes to get to Venice but the ride its just lovely. The hotel is an beautiful villa in the main Road of Lido, public bus runs in front of the hotel and its included in the vaporetto fare. The rooms are nice and with good space, the restaurant and the breakfast are very good. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel and it takes away all the excess of people that...

"We absolutely loved staying here. Location is perfect. The room is spacious, has everything you need and more. The possibility of having breakfast in the room is an amazing touch. We choose what we wanted and the time to serve it and they were always on time, which is amazing. The staff is brilliant and very helpful. Franco was always very helpful and made our stay excellent. We super recommend this place and we will definitely return. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"Tudo otimo!!"
