Penthouse Apartment consisting of a bright living area with large terrace where you can spend pleasant dinners with a view of Villasimius and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave; two bedrooms with double bed one with balcony and the other with large terrace and deck chairs; windowed bathroom with shower, large and equipped with washing machine; parking space in the garage.
The apartment is part of a well-kept condominium about 200 meters from the central square of the village, but at the same time in a very quiet area. You can park in the garage but also on the street there is free parking.
It is close to the Museo del Mare and close to all the services including a rental car.
In the surroundings you will have all the best beaches in the area: Simius beach, Porto Giunco, Cala Caterina, Punta molgentis, Campolongu, Cala Pira, Cala Sinzias, and many more and all within a few kilometers.
You can make beautiful excursions on horseback, by boat or with quad bikes to discover the surroundings.
Villasimius is very renowned for its white sand beaches and its crystal clear waters which are largely protected by the Capo Carbonara marine area, so you can make fascinating guided dives to discover the seabed of the Isola dei Cavoli or the island of Serpentara, of the shoal of Santa Caterina and some wrecks or of the Madonna of the castaway, among the prairie of sea fans and rocks crowded with fish.
You can go trekking choosing among the numerous routes and visit the Sette Fratelli massif.
Cagliari is the most important nearby city and deserves to be seen and is located about 50km. The Caves of Ulassai are also beautiful, an hour and a half away by car.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Villasimius

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Vom großen Balkon schöner Blick auf Villasimius und die Berge. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Antonella war sehr hilfsbereit.
