I thought the room was pretty nice. The beds are small- definitely not a queen. The room was warm even with the air on. The breakfast was ok- there were no scrambled eggs. Just sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffle/pancakes. I would have liked more protein. It was really close to Great America. ...

HUGE Crystal Lake 7 Acre Ranch w/Pool & Hot Tub
The property management team, maintenance and cleaning staff are excellent. Communication was thorough and response time was quick. We enjoyed the pool very much.
