"The home owner Giovanni was very kind and helpful! The home itself is beautiful, clean and gated. The room itself was spacious, had all the amenities of a modern rental you'd expect. I had no issues with this booking whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!"

"The personal was great, the location is close to the bus that takes you straight to Venice. But you need to be prepared cause the check in is late, there are not late restaurants around or places to buy food. "

"Beautiful hotel lovely and clean. Spacious room. Lovely owners and staff."

"Bad experience that affected the mood for our visit to Venice. First, arriving late was a huge ordeal, we had to have 4-5 coordination calls, send our credit card info by email which is not safe. Would have been as easy as giving us the code to the door and an envelope with a key. Secondly they indicated my dog was not allowed and I had to show them in Hotels.com app that they where allowed. "Todo correcto "

"excellent hotel excellent location great customer service everybody was friendly . but special thanks to LARA she was the greatest person in the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We stayed for 6 days and we had a wonderful time, the staff was always kind and polite. The room was confortable, clean and romantic vibe. The woman in charge (we don’t remember her name, but show likes doctor and bikes, sorry hahaha) is so friendly and we enjoy our chats. Finally we recommend this place for every tourist."
