"Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. It was dusty and run down. Did not look like the pictures they sent us. We contacted them immediately, but since it was past midnight when we landed, we agreed they could have come next...

"I booked one night with intention to add another two nights if I like property. I was attempting trade show and this location was only 2 min walk from the exhibition center. As I was landing in Ho Chi Minh after 36 hours traveling I got messages from management that they sold out rooms and I will be transferred to a different hotel that is 30 min drive from exhibition center.
