"The AC was fantastic. For the location, the low price was very surprising. I had to oull the bed back to re-plug the nighttand light. The room was clean, but could use a deep clean behind the bed. Water. Pressure and Hot water were fantastic. Proximity to IHOP and Dunk’n is great. Can walk to both."

"The view of the ocean with the sunrise and the friendly staff was the only thing I will say that is positive. The room smelled like mildew so we had to keep the room at 50 degrees (exaggerated) lowest temp it would go just to not smell the mildew. All light switches broken, cracked, missing pieces of the light switch. The water temperature in the shower would only get Luke warm and I like to be a cooked noodle after my shower so yea I will not be back"

"We have stayed there quite a few times. The air conditioning was nice since it was so hot. The kitchen has a full fridge/freezer. There are many drawers for stowing your things . There is a 2 burner cook top with a microwave. The bed was ok. There are many pillows. The bathroom is spacious with a tub/shower. Plenty of lights in the room. You are close to restaurants and many grocery stores. The staff was really nice."
