Located on the fifth floor of a historic building, easily accessible by elevator, this apartment is a charming refuge that will welcome you with an enchanting atmosphere.Once you step through the entrance door, you will be greeted by a bright open space surrounded by large windows overlooking the beautiful Piazza Erbe, offering you a breathtaking view. Here you will find an elegant living room tastefully furnished, complete with a white circular dining table and chairs, a TV for relaxing moments, and a comfortable green sofa bed that transforms into a cozy additional bed to accommodate up to four people.The modern and fully equipped kitchen, with a central island for preparing delicious meals, is an invitation for culinary enthusiasts. You won't fail to notice the unique red mask-shaped chair, adding a touch of originality that makes the environment even more fascinating.The double bedroom offers a haven of peace and tranquility, while the full bathroom with shower will allow you to relax after a day of exploring the city.Going up the entrance stairs on the left, you will find a small room equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and other useful appliances, designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.The entire apartment is elegantly finished with parquet floors, adding a touch of class and sophistication to the environment.The strategic location of this property will allow you to easily reach on foot the main tourist attractions, museums, shops, and restaurants of the city, making your stay in Verona unforgettable.To ensure you a pleasant stay at any time of the year, we adhere to regional regulations regarding heating and air conditioning. We also kindly ask you to limit the use of electricity to avoid unexpected interruptions.This apartment is the perfect choice for a romantic weekend, a family vacation, or a stay among friends, offering you all the comfort and convenience of your own home in the heart of Verona.It is forbidden to drive in the ZTL (traffic limit zone).



Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€75) is required.

At check-in, a damage deposit of €200 will be requested via credit card.

After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.

au coeur de la ville ancienne , cet appartement est lumineux et dispose de vues magnifiques il est très agréable à vivre et très calme juste un détail : ce serait bien de disposer des quelques indispensables de base pour la cuisine à l'arrivée : sel , poivre, huile, vinaigre , café)
