You will find the tranquility you need to enjoy with the family.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. In addition, there is a living room equipped with a sofa bed, so it can be used as a third bedroom if necessary.

The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There is also a full bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

The accommodation is suitable for up to 5 people, with a master bedroom, a single bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full bathroom for your use.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The services included are bed linen, towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo, coffee and all necessary kitchenware and utensils.

Vera is a municipality located on the coast of Almeria, in southeastern Spain, which has beaches of great beauty, ranging from 2 to 7 kilometers long,
They offer different services and areas of enjoyment, such as restaurants, sports, picnic and children's areas.
Perfect to enjoy the sun and tranquility.

There are different options for getting around in La Costa de Almeria,
Public Transport, such as Buses and Taxis, and for something more private and with more freedom, renting a car is the best option.
And, for a healthier experience, cycling is the ideal way to get around the coast.

Our penthouse is located in a large apartment complex with various scheduled activities and extra services, outside this as a restaurant or reception.

It has several elevators to access from the hall and parking.

It has two outdoor terraces, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view (not the sea from it).

The beds are distributed:

One double bed
One single bed
One sofa bed
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
