"Property location is fabulous. Hotel sits right on the beach and the noise from the surf fills the air. Because there are a lot of rocks, it's not an undulating surf, it's loud and it's constant. I like it. The property itself though leaves a lot to be desired. It wasn't third world filthy, but it wasn't very clean. Floors were very dirty. Window sills were also dirty. Baseboards were dirty.
