The apartment is large (110 square meters) with 2 double bedrooms with King size beds (2 extra single beds can be added if needed, there is a small extra fee), a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a bathroom.

The apartment is located in a central position very easy to reach and very well connected to every part of the city. There is the vaporetto (water bus) stop of "Riva de Biasio" at less than 1 minute from the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just a few minutes from the apartment. At the same time in the main attractions (Rialto, San Marco, Frari, Ghetto, etc.) are walking distance.

For each guest we provide:
- sheets & blankets
- 1 large towel
- 1 shower gel & 1 soap per day

We do not provide food and beverages.

I wasn't able to access my mail until late. the host informed me that he had problems with the unit and offered some ways to solve them. When I said that I was ok with the solution he went ahead and cancelled everything. I had to look for a new place to stay at, one day before my trip. Definitely poor communication.

Die Wohnung war wirklich klasse..!!!Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter 5 von 5 Sternen. Freundlich, nett, etc... so, wie man es sich wünscht.Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön, ist groß und schön eingerichtet und vor allem: sauber!Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Venedig sehr genossen was zu einem großem Teil der tollen Wohnung zu verdanken war. Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen, jederzeit wieder !

I would not recommend. Things to know:1. Directions to apartment are not clear.2. If you have large luggage know there are several flights of stairs.3. The furniture is dirty.4. No paper towels and very limited toilet paper.5. Towels are super thin & rough. No hand towels in kitchen or bathroom.6. Very limited checkout instructions.7. WiFi password is long & easy to mess up. Took awhile to connect, then won’t stay connected. Drops constantly. Could only use phone in living room.8. Communication with the host is zero. I was in contact with them until we got to apartment. After that I sent multiple messages about WiFi, garbage, and how to get to airport. No response. 9. Extremely loud. There are several restaurants and bars below so you not only hear noise from patrons but also the restaurant. Basically from 6:30am or 7:00am until midnight it’s loud in the apartment. Bring a sound machine.10. It’s in a really residential neighborhood so to get to San Marco square you will have about a 25 min walk.

I only filled out the rating on some of the categories because I was required to. The host canceled on us the morning we were to arrive. I had sent multiple messages to the host and never heard back from them. The morning of the reservation I made a phone call to the number listed, got a voicemail and left a message and only then did I find a text message in the inbox saying they were canceling that day due to plumbing problems. I never once had a personal message from the host. It was an automatic acceptance when I requested to stay, I asked a question about transportation in August that was never responded to and I sent numerous messages as the day I had reserved got closer with no response whatsoever from the host.

The owner cancelled with less than 12 hours notice. Terrible. No attempt to support our stay with alternative locations. Poor communication leading up to stay. Should have trusted my judgement and cancelled earlier. Don’t trust this residence.

PLEASE READ!! DO NOT BOOK THIS RENTAL. What a joke. We booked this 3 month in advance and the host cancelled 45 minutes AFTER we arrived in Venice!!!! Left us stranded at 7:30pm at night with no place to stay. We were devastated.

The location and communication with the owner were excellent. The only catch is the listing included a 51" LED SMART TV. The unit had no such equipment. When I inquired about the 51" LED TV, the owner informed me that he had decided to use it in another location.

Wonderful stay.

This location was as advertised and an excellent place to stay. We were met at the vaporetto stop and escorted to the rental. We arrived a day early prior to a cruise so a location close to St. Mark’s didn’t matter. Enjoyed a quieter part of town. make

Nice, clean, easy stay

We enjoyed the apartment and the location was easy enough to get to all parts of Venice. Very clean and nicely decorated- comfortable lounge area was a plus! I don’t recall steps in the listing, but it’s good to know you have to climb a flight of stairs to get into the place. Only a pain on day 1 and the last day with luggage of course. Also the drink shop on the corner was noisy until about 11pm each night. Exterior window shutters helped to keep noise out.
