LA CASA DEL DUX es un apartamento de 90 metros cuadrados, con una entrada independiente en la planta baja se encuentra la sala de lavandería con lavadora, secadora y plancha. Una pequeña escalera conduce al primer piso donde se desarrolla la casa con 2 hermosas habitaciones con camas dobles, uno con un cuarto de baño, y un segundo cuarto de baño, una sala de estar con sofá cama y 2 inhalaciones convertibles en camas. También para nuestros pequeños huéspedes podemos proporcionar 2 cunas y 2 sillas altas. Un grande y cómoda cocina super equipada, en la que si se desea se puede cocinar.
Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con televisión vía satélite, aire acondicionado y wi-fi
CASA Doge es un hermoso y espacioso apartamento en el siglo XIII, completamente renovado en 2013.
Se encuentra detrás de la Piazza San Marco (3 minutos) a pocos pasos del puente de Rialto, en las inmediaciones del campo de Santa Maria Formosa, una de las mayores zonas de Venecia, también existe la Fundación Palazzo Querini Stampalia, que es uno testigo de los museos más importantes y mejor conservados de Europa. Sólo lugar tranquilo del centro 'calle Rugagiuffa' donde los huéspedes pueden encontrar todos los servicios (bares, restaurantes, supermercados, peluquerías, bancos, etc.) necesarios para su vacaciones inolvidables en esta ciudad maravillosa y única, rica en historia, arte y tradición.

A hidden gem

This charming apartment is on a quiet street but quite close to Piazza San Marco. We loved eating at the Trattoria 20 steps away as the food was delicious. Our host provided detailed directions on how to reach the apartment from the rail station and airport. Without that we would’ve been very frustrated. As Venice is a city like no other. The kitchen, sitting room, bedrooms, and baths were all spacious and spotless. We enjoyed having our happy hour in the apartment because there was room to do so. I highly recommend this location.

Great location & comfortable property

The host was incredible! She responded promptly to any questions or concerns we may have had. The apartment was clean and spacious. There are 2 bedrooms, plus a living room with a pull out couch, so 6 people would be very comfortable and all have their own spaces. The master bedroom shower is larger than the shower in the hall. Ilia was fantastic host and we hope to be back again someday!

Exceptional Property

From start to finish, it was a great stay in Venice. We’ve visited Venice 5 times and stayed in a 5-star hotel, a small, wonderful inn and apartments. This apartment was the best for lovely accommodations and great service of any. Ilea was a wonderful host for our visit and worked to make sure everything was to our liking. The location was perfect for visiting all our favorite places. Very highly recommended.

Great Venice Apartment

This property was in a great location and very clean. There was more than enough space for a family of 4 and we loved having two bathrooms and showers. Everything is updated and the AC is cold. It was great having a washer and dryer. Maybe more comfortable linens would be good to have but overall, we would definitely recommend staying here.

Incredible Stay in Venice City Center!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was very spacious and perfect for our group of 6. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating with us. The location was ideal, only a short walk to everything you’d want to do and see. I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, Ilia was so great to work with and the hospitality was appreciated! They care about the home and their guests. The only “not as positive” feedback was the mattresses were a little uncomfortable (it’s all dependent on the persons and we were too tired to lose sleep because of it) and the bed in the bedroom without the bathroom seemed to be more the size of a queen bed instead of king. We would most definitely book here again!!

Stunning Venice Apartment

My husband and I stayed here in April and honestly it was so spectacular!!! Great communication with host. The apartment is immaculate which was so awesome for someone who is a clean nut! The decorations were beautiful and the apartment was so spacious. The location was close to everything like attractions, restaurants, bars, San Marco Square. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you would possibly need. This is a must do if you are in Venice!!! I would go to Venice again just to stay in this apartment!!!

Nicely appointed apartment

Great location near the Rialto Bridge. In the winter, just be sure to ask the property manager to turn the heat on a day or two before you arrive. It was very cold and damp in the apartment for the first twenty-four hours. These old buildings in the Venetian climate take a while to heat up! And expect noise from your neighbors. That is normal in Venice. This apartment is so modern and clean, you will enjoy making it your base for a lovely stay.

Great property in Venice

The property is beautiful with good water pressure, cold air conditioning and a well stocked kitchen. The only negative would be that the location is far from the nearest vaporetto stop of Rialto bridge. Walking with luggage over the bridges was a challenge.

Doge’s House

We had a great stay in the Doge’s House! The apartment is centrally located and very close to all the sites that Venezia has to offer! The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean and well stocked! Ilia was so accommodating! She met us in person during check in process and walked us to the apartment! She was vey nice and was always available for all of our questions! She was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive! Ilia also arranged for a water taxi for our departure which was extremely helpful. We will definitely return to the Doge’s House. Ilia was a wonderful host and is very highly recommended! Geo. S.

Superb apartment in the heart of Venice

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well appointed apartment only a few minutes walk from all the main areas in Venice. There is even a fantastic restaurant immediately opposite the front door. Ilia and Georgia were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The only small downside is that if you get the water bus from the Airport to Rialto, you will need to carry your luggage up and down several bridges to reach the apartment. Other than that, it was excellent.

Besser geht es nicht!

Wir waren mit dem Appartement und auch mit der Vermieterin mehr als zufrieden. Die Wohnung war exakt so toll wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles war sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und einladend. Ilia hat uns von der Fähre abgeholt und uns zum Appartement gebracht. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist prima ausgestattet. Es gab sogar eine Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung und in der Küche standen Kekse, Brotaufstrich, Kaffee und Tee bereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar Shampoo und Duschgel passten farblich zu den Badfliesen. Wir können dieses Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Ilia für die schönen Tage in Venedig - das Appartement hat viel dazu beigetragen!!! Liebe Grüße Sabine, Herbert und Amelie

Perfect location in Venice

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. We were there during Carnevale festivities, and it was close to everything yet quiet. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and had plenty of space. I would stay here again next time we visit Venice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Appartement parfait

Nous sommes arrivés à quatre personnes accueilli par Ilia a notre arrivee près du mont RIALTO . L'appartement se trouve à 2 pas du Riato ou de la Place Saint Marc.. tout était parfait , il ne manquait rien et ce fut un plaisir pour nous. (Les photos sont en tous points à l'identique). D'une propreté remarquable, la literie est excellente. Quelques petites confitures, petits gâteaux, le café et le thé, pour le matin , nous ont permi de ne pas faire à la va-vite des courses en arrivant. Enfin un pur bonheur. . Merci Ilia..

How to discover Venice

From the moment we began communications with Ilia everything ran like clockwork. From information about ways to get from the airport best places to visit good places to eat and drink. The apartment was amazing with spacious bedrooms modern bathrooms and very good size kitchen and living room. Plenty of crockery cutlery and anything else you may need if staying here. Apartment was spotless and the wi fi was very good No better compliment other to say should we return then this is where we would stay as also great location to explore Venice.

Fabulous apartment

Fabulous apartment, fabulous location, responsive host. This place is perfect in every way. Large apartment with kitchen, living room , two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Perfect for a family, couples or just folks who like extra room. The place was spotless and our hostess made great recommendations fo restaurants, etc. The location is ideal, easy walking to Doge's Palace, Rialto Bridge, etc. Staying in such a lovely, clean, convenient place enhanced our visit to Venice.

A TRUE PALACE IN THE HEART OF VENICE!!

We had a wonderful stay at Doge’s House. Ilia is a wonderful host. She met us as soon as we arrived and gave us good suggestions about the local restaurants. She also checked on us during our stay to make sure we were having a nice time. The apartment was lovely and most of the key sites were within 10-15 minutes by walk. Very comfortable beds and a well equipped home away from home. I will definitely recommend Doge’s House to family and friends who are planning a trip to Venice.

Wonderful Apartment

This was my second time staying at this apartment. The first time we were two couples. This time we were two mother-daughter pairs. They were able to make up the sofa and separate one of the beds into 2. The apartment was clean, beautiful and centrally located. I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent Rental

Beautiful house with everything you need. Ilia was very pleasant, friendly and easily accessible to us at all times. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. kitchen was fully stocked and had a fridge and dishwasher. Washer and dryer worked. Ilia has a binder of helpful hints and instructions that made working the appliances easy. Location is in the heart of the city, central to everything. Lots of restaurants and shops right outside the door. Windows are thick so when closed provide a great barrier to the activity on the streets. We slept very well and comfortably while there. The square outside the door had a daily fresh fruit and veggie market daily in the morning only where we got some of the freshest fruit we’ve ever had. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Amazing stay!
