"Great location, very convenient for just about anything. Metro 10 is 15 mins walk, Metro line 8 is 5 min walk. Super quiet area, countless cafes and restaurants. Spa access is free, sauna and jacuzzi, but you must ask. Daily coffee and croissants are free, seltzer water, and some snacks for kids. Rooms are “Paris” size, but super super clean, fairly krene and up to date. If we did not pay premium because of a Roland Garros, I would give it 10/10, but went to see two matches, therefore happy. "BE AWARE - they DO NOT have adequate air conditioning for all rooms, yet will try and 'make it work'. If you're staying over the summer, get ready to argue with the staff about it. NOT FUN for what should be a nice vacation in Paris."

"We had a love!y stay. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located near the Lounge and the river. The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was some mess on our floor and we had to take a makeshift elevator up a floor in order to get the e!evator that went to the lobby. Inconvenient but certainly doable. Also, know that if breakfast isn't included with the room it will cost 30 euros per person. All that said, we would certainly recommend the Normandy."

"The AC was not able to control well. The AC had to be turned on every 3 hrs or so as it had some sort of energy saving control that automatically turned the AC off. We never got it to cool below 24C and the staff told us an explanation of how the controls worked and we could certainly set it any temperature we desired— and yet, it never achieved that and seemed restrained to 24C. "The location was good. We visited Paris in a heatwave (30-32 degrees for the 6 days we stayed), which is influencing our review. The hotel provided a fan but we slept with the window wide open (and while not a busy street, you can get traffic noise). The room had a fridge but it wasn’t cold at all. And there wasn’t an ice machine to cool down any drinks. Bed was comfy."
