Set on an exceptionally spacious property with lovely gardens and a peaceful, park-like atmosphere, this comfortable two-level retreat offers over 2,000 square feet of private living space.

Located within walking distance of the Fraser River, shopping, and a golf course, the property offers a relaxing setting with convenient access to local amenities.

The Space

Main Floor

The spacious main floor features a welcoming living room, a comfortable family room, a kitchen with a casual dining area and sitting area, a separate dining room overlooking the beautiful backyard garden, and a bright sunroom.

Hardwood floors, Persian rugs, comfortable furnishings, and decorative touches create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

A laundry room and a half bathroom are also available on the main floor.

Upper Floor

The upper floor includes three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms:

* Bedroom 1: Two twin beds, a private ensuite bathroom, and garden views.
* Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed.
* Bedroom 3: One queen-size bed with garden views.

The bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with fresh bed linens and towels provided.

Privacy and Guest Access

This is an exceptionally spacious property, significantly larger than a typical residential home. Guests enjoy exclusive use of over 2,000 square feet of private, two-level accommodation, including the living areas, kitchen, dining areas, sunroom, laundry room, three bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Guests also have exclusive access to their own private backyard area, which is separate from the owners’ backyard.

Please note that this listing does not include the entire property. Certain rooms within the guest accommodation are locked and reserved for the owners’ private use. These rooms are not included in the rental and remain locked throughout the guests’ stay. The owners do not enter these rooms or pass through the guest accommodation while guests are staying.

The owners occupy a separate section of this large property and use their own side entrance, without passing through the guest accommodation. They also have a separate backyard area.

The arrangement provides privacy similar to that of a duplex, with no shared indoor living spaces or backyard areas between guests and owners during your stay.

Our accommodation is intended for peaceful overnight stays by registered guests.

Parties, events, meetings, gatherings with outside visitors, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted.
