Welcome to my thoughtfully decorated room. I hope you enjoy the most wonderful time during your stay in Vancouver.
I am committed to providing travelers to Vancouver with a clean, quiet living space. While not luxurious, it offers essential amenities and facilities, ensuring a suitable home base for your Vancouver journey.
ROOM LAYOUT:
The soundproofing of the room is excellent, and you can't hear too much noise at night with the windows and doors closed;
Private Space:
* Bedroom: King-size bed, desk and chair.
* Bathroom: Bathroom(s) are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), bath towels and hand towels, and a hairdryer.
Common Area:
* Living-room & Dinning: Sofa, Microwave oven, Coffee Maker, Toaster, and Dinnerware.
PARKING: Free street parking.
OTHERS: Cleaning tools & supplies; High-speed wireless internet (WIFI)
Guest access
As a tenant, you may privately use some facilities within the house, including bedrooms and bathrooms; the living room and dining room are shared spaces and must be shared with other tenants.
Other things to note:
- NO Pets, violator might be charge 200 cad.
- Quiet hours 10PM-8AM;
- The earliest check-in time is 4pm and the latest check-out time is 10am as I need enough time to clean the room. If you need to check in early or check out late, please message me and I will charge $20-$60 depending on your situation appropriately to get the cleaning done early;
- Tenants are responsible for keeping the common areas clean, including bathrooms, kitchen and other common areas. Tenants are also responsible for organizing their personal belongings, washing dishes and removing food waste after use. Violators may be charged an additional cleaning fee for cleaning the common areas if complaints are filed by other tenants.
