"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Westlands Nairobi, with some clear strengths but also several areas that need improvement.
The staff were the highlight of my stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional, especially the team at the gate and reception. Special thanks to Mr. Denniz, (porter) was exceptionally kind and helpful.
The room was spacious and clean, although the view directly onto a neighboring residential building was disappointing. The hotel itself feels somewhat...

"The Westlands location was ideal and conveniently located with easy access to express way . The facility is clean, well maintained and the staff were professional, friendly and very responsive. The food was great with many options to choose from. The underground parking is a bit tight with some maintenance in progress but this was not a big issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel and reserve it again for my next stay!"
