Very nice house of 120 m2 in the heart of Valbonne village for 6 people

Very beautiful house of 120 m² restored in 2017, located in the picturesque village of Valbonne (12 km from Cannes), it has all the necessary comfort for a pleasant holiday.
The first floor consists of an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, tassimo coffee maker, dining room and lounge area with LCD TV, internet access and WC
The 2nd floor houses 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and LCD TV (bedroom 1 with 160 x 200 bed, bedroom 2 with 2 80 x 190 beds), a bathroom with shower and bath, a hairdryer , 1 separate WC and a dressing room.
On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a wardrobe, an LCD TV, a bathroom with 1 toilet, a desk and air conditioning.
The house also includes a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and freezer.
Bed sheets and towels included.
The market day takes place on Friday morning, it is always a festive atmosphere that day.
This charming village has many restaurants, wine cellars, pretty shops, glassware and a lively square on summer evenings, you will inevitably fall in love with Valbonne.
Nearby, you can visit the famous perfumeries of Grasse, the glassworks of Biot, the hilltop village of Gourdon or take advantage of the beaches of the Côte d'Azur. For golf lovers, the Golf de la Bégude, Val Martin, Saint Philippe or even the Grande Bastide golf course are only a few kilometers from the house.

Nestled in the heart of old Valbonne lies Maison Balducci. From the privileged location of our comfortable and large mordenized village house, you can discover and explore the pedestrian town of Valbonne that has been restored to reflect its roots as a bustling village full of Provencal life. The tanneries and ironmongery shops of the past have been replaced by world class restaurants and boutiques offering the best artisanal products of the Provence. There is also a local market on Fridays where the top regional artisanal craftsmen and culinary specialists whose stalls line the pedestrian streets beckoning you to take home something from the best of the Provence.
Maison Balducci: Four generations of the owner’s family grew up in Maison Balducci which has been lovingly modernized while preserving its heritage. You will be charmed by the poutres in the ceilings, the authentic provincial tiles that line the halls while the bathrooms have been updated with the finest travertine tiles, Grohl fixtures and rainfall showers. Maison Balducci is blessed to be a two village houses that have been connected internally, offering twice the space of many of the other local village houses.

Maison Balducci is a 120 square meter residence which was mostly recently restored in March 2017. It is located in the heart of Valbonne surrounded by pedestrian streets while the town parking center is conveniently located only 80 meters away.

Up to 6 people can enjoy the comforts of Maison Balducci as follows:

bedroom n ° 1 with a queen sized orthopedic spring mattress 160 x 200 cm,
bedroom N ° 2 with two single beds each featuring orthopedic spring mattresses measuring 80 x190
bedroom n ° 3 with a double sized orthopedic spring mattress measuring 140x190 cm.
2 Bathrooms, plus 3 Water closets
Fully equipped kitchen featuring refrigerator, 4 electric stove top burners, microwave, cafe machine and electric water kettle.
Dining room with table and place setting for 6 people and a salon with flat screen TV and wifi internet access - complimentary and included in the rental.
Washing machine, drying machine and iron.

A lot of restaurants in the village, all less than 60 meters away;
Town square that offers the best of provincial life including many tables for a pastis and a cafe or full dining under the sun and blue skies of the provence - only 20 meters away;

Wonderful and spacious house in de middle of a medieval city.

The owners Stephane and Nathalie surprised us with their great hospitality. The house has been refurbished recently and is state of the art. House was clean and provided execellent Wif. Restaurants are a 2 minute walk from the house at the city Square. Beaches are 20 minute drive to Antibes or Cannes. Plage Keller is recommendable.
