"Bathroom floors and vanity not clean, sheets on one bed seemed damp, back porch was not clean, many days not clean, sliding doors had cobwebs at all corners, no screen door here, steps from parking to door in very poor, dangerous condition, kayaks were not cleaned off and made ready for use. This cottage had not been made ready for guests. Concerned that vrbo is advertising for unkept property. We wasted time, money, dreams of a wonderful weekend ruined!!"

"VRBO should not be offering this disgraceful place. The owner clearly does not care about guests — in fact, he couldn’t even be bothered to give us the basic information to get into the property. No phone number. No entry code. We arrived stranded and had to get a neighbour to track down the owner for an entry code. "It’s a beautiful cottage on the lake with all the amenities you need and more. Terri is a wonderful host and communicated all the details ahead."

"The location is perfect, peaceful with great views, close to downtown. The cottage has spacious rooms. The only drawback - cleanliness. The bathroom was not cleaned appropriately, with some leftovers and hair. No soap, shampoo or some other necessary stuff. Would say not good value for money. Pretty pricey for such conditions."
