"Have stayed here a few times. The clientele here can be a bit mixed and have seen some interesting characters but the rooms are clean and comfortable and more often or not with a lovely view of the harbour. For the price I can't fault it. If you want something a bit more upmarket you have to pay for it. But for a bed for the night and the location to the port - this place is excellent."

"Based on the property description, I was expecting something different. It is a room in an old house. The proprietor was kind, helpful, and accommodating. It was enough for one night and the price was right, but I likely wouldn't return. We had problems with the WC. The location was good, close to the train station and walkable distance to the seaside and city center. If you have an allergy to dogs, pass on this. "Very comfortable room and great breakfast. Host was very accommodating. Don’t bring heavy suitcases if you are on 2nd or 3rd floor!"

"Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'"

"Lovely stay at the Holiday park, chalet is right by all the amenities and super close to Dover Castle/cliffs. The only feedback would be to provide some extra towels, we were visiting from out of country so didn't have any with us and because there's the pool, only having 1 towel each was a bit difficult to work with. Thanks for the great stay!"
