"First and foremost the staff is great here. Additionally the location is perfect in regards to the airport. I have noted that the last several stays here the gym - specifically 1 of the 2 treadmills - have been inoperative. Lastly one of the machines in the laundry had been out of order.
As for the rooms - the last two stays here have been quite satisfactory."

"This location is not close to many things its difficultly placed where a cab is best used to get places, the rooms were fine they had basic amenities but lacked water in the room but they have a cooler, they didn't have slippers... everything else was fine but again basic amenities for a great price... the AC only worked well on turbo mode the units were mediocre but again for the price good and the staff was very kind"

"One of the best hotels in manila for sure. i ask a late check out at 2pm at front desk upon check in because we have a flight at 8pm and they told me free of charge plus the concierge/bellman was helpful on our luggage and they suggest to book a grab instead of taxi. "

"This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....
