"The hotel is well appointed, I think the breakfast Buffett could use a refresh compared to Shangri La down the street and the price is comparable. The staff was excellent. If it’s your first time visiting the amount of security you and your guest have to go through will be intimidating. I would chalk it up to “I would rather have it than not.” But going through the airport was less strenuous, which doesn’t lend itself to relaxing environment. It just keeps you on guard. Again for a first timer...

"The woman at the desk, Tin, was AMAZING. She helped fix the reservation where I had entered the wrong data and made sure everything was corrected. She speaks good English.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is near the Greenbelt Mall and great restaurants. The building was clean with great amenities like a huge pool and a nice equipped gym. It was a memorable stay. Thanks!"

"I chose this condo unit considering my sister’s previous experience renting one of the property in KL, I just found out that they had a far better unit than what was given to us. The staff are great and the process of checking in was a breeze. We had a studio type unit with two beds, a small kitchen with a table,sofa, television, refrigerator and gas range. "Checking process was smooth. The rooms were very nice and clean, feels like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. Our room has a very nice view of the city. Desiree the property manager was great and very responsive to all our needs as well as the bell boy ( I forgot his name). The location is close to glorietta and greenbelt mall (about 8 min drive). They have airport transfer that is reasonably priced and have a good driver. The only negative comment I can make is that the way to the parking spot...
