I wish the hotel manager Mr. Mohamed Ali walk around the hotel property or someone from management check the  stinky & unclean restrooms right across the cafe where they serve the breakfast. Ohhhh my God, urine on the floor and so unhealthy, the stench from not being clean is terrible. The worst is that i saw hotel employees step in the restroom and totaly ignore the unhealthy conditions of the restrooms. There was not one garbage can in the parking garage to dispose any trash. Please see the attached pictures of trash stacked high in the garage because there was no trash cans. Where is hotel management, i recommend hotel manager Mr. Mohamed Ali just take 10 minutes of his time to walk around the hotel to see what i am talking about. I arrived with my rental car on the 19th and no one asked if my wife and i needed help uploading our luggage from the car after waiting for 20 minutes i went and asked, please help us. No one smiled or greeted us.The checkin was slow, there was only 2 ladies on the counter helping 10 customers checking in and out. Tried to get an appointment at the Spa with no veil, only one lady available for the entire hotel, 2 days ahead to book any appointment. The room was perfect and clean and breakfasts buffet was super good. Dinner was good too with lots of choices. We had the a lacarte  dinner instead of the buffet and asked the server if we ca buy or taste one of Philippino desert lechai but he said no, it is only on the buffet menu not the a la carte.
