"I booked Nova Hotel JFK through Expedia based on the photos, which looked decent. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very different. I arrived around 10 PM, and as a solo female traveler, I immediately felt uncomfortable with the surrounding area — it felt unsafe and unsettling. The hotel itself did not feel welcoming either. The room was clean, but extremely basic to the point of feeling uncomfortable — metal bed frame, bare walls, and an overall atmosphere that felt more like a cell...
