"The hotel itself is very nice, and I really liked the room. However, I came specifically for the sauna and swimming facilities as a way to relax, and this aspect of the stay was disappointing. The pool was freezing cold, which meant I didn’t feel comfortable using it at all. In addition, the sauna had not been switched on before our arrival, so we had to wait for it to heat up. "The staff was great. Got lots of friendly help with directions restaurants and taxis. Location perfect could walk to most places. The room was large and had a great view. The only problem was the shower was extremely slippery with no hand rails. Dangerous. Overall I would go there again because of the people. Oh yes , I have to mention the tiny elevators. With the restaurant and bar on the top floor there were times when we had to wait a little."
