According to over 100 5-star reviews, this home stands out with it's true oceanfront views and amazing access to the prettiest stretch of beach on Tybee Island. Expect nothing but the best following a complete renovation In 2017 that brings a nautical experience throughout, sleek and comfy furnishings and all original art. The views are off-the-charts. And the end result feels like “SoHo on the ocean”.
This is the perfect home for family gatherings with spectacular views from the oceanfront living room and dining area. Settle in to the master suite with views of the ocean from your luxurious king size bed and built-in electronic fireplace and large screen tv. Step out on the private deck off the master and enjoy rocking chairs aimed right at cargo ships moving across the horizon towards the port of Savannah. Relax with an air bath in the custom master tub for two.
Enjoy private club privileges with pools and a world class restaurant (“The Deck” – Tybee’s only truly oceanfront restaurant) right next door on the property.
Walk right out the back door through the dunes and you’re on the beach!
Parking is available for up to three cars. The home includes a 2 car garage with 3rd space outside in a private gated lot with NO CROWDS.
Just a short walk or bike ride down the beach to the famous Tybee Lighthouse or the fishing pier on the Strand, it's the perfect location. Pets are welcome with a large park across the street with sand volleyball, tennis and basketball. This property has it all!
You'll find loads of island activities including eclectic shops, museums, biking and fantastic seafood restaurants. This Tybee Island charm is only twenty minutes from historic, downtown Savannah.

We have been vacationing at Tybee for the past 4 years. This was by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. The home was stocked with everything we needed! The convenience of being able to walk straight out to the beach from the back door was so nice!! This will be our go to place for all future visits!!

Wow! What a find. We stayed at this condo and were completely blown away. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a breathtaking ocean view. The access to the beach is easy - steps from the building and your toes are in the sand. But what truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail inside. The entire condo is clean and feels professionally designed. It's filled with beautiful art and thoughtful decor that makes it feel less like a rental and more like a private home.The bedrooms are cozy, and the beds are comfortable If you're looking for a beach getaway that combines the beauty of the ocean with the comfort and style of a high-end retreat, this is it. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing property and location! Right on the beach with own walk way and located right next to the amazing deck restaurant. Love having our own washing station downstairs to truly get cleaned off before going inside and not feeling rush because someone was waiting to rinse off.

Wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful place to stay!

Lovely vacation home! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable and the view of the ocean was incredible and we had a short walk to the beach. Everything was top notch and Donna was so helpful and responded right away when we were trying to figure out the thermostat. She loaned us an inflatable mattress and that was very helpful. The condo was immaculately clean and well stocked. Our family highly recommends this vacation home!

Awesome Property on Tybee Island

We just stayed for 5 nights over Memorial weekend 2025. This property was awesome! The location was perfect and close to shops restaurants and main drag in town, the house had every thing you could think of for a great stay from beach chairs, beach towels to coolers to every kitchen appliance and utensils, comfy beds, 2 balconies overlooking the beach and nice furniture and fixtures. We stay at a lot of places and this was one of our favorite. Also the host sends you a great welcome packet with lots of info. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the beach in Tybee. Can't say enough wonderful things about it!!

Great Location with Private Beach Access

Great stay with access to Beachside Colony Resort amenities just next door (pools and restaurant).Pros:- Private Access to Beach- Great Views with (2) Ocean View Porches. Relaxed out there at dusk every night. - Fully Stocked Condo with Beach Chairs, etc.- Nice Courtyard just Off 1st Floor Patio (lighted at night).- Close to IGA (Grocery) and Surf Shop (within walking distance).Cons:- Construction going on at Next Door Condos most days (noisy)- Needed to Wait for Electricians as Master Bedroom Lights would not Work (Delayed us 4 hours as we had to be there as Electricians repaired GFI inside Condo).- 3rd Bedroom Stated Split Bed but was Standalone King-size.Overall, had a great stay. Highly recommend "The Deck" restaurant next door. Had one lunch and one dinner there with drinks. Very convenient.

Amazing property

We were stunned by the beauty of the home and view when we walked in the door. The home is stocked, clean, and very functional. We had everything we needed provided for us (with the exception of our groceries and personal toiletries) we were just a short walk from restaurants, the beach (literally in the back yard!), a park, and shops. Everything else is just a short drive. We can’t wait to come back!

Unbelievable vacation spot

This is my second stay at this property and it remains as a favorite vacation rental. Hostess is very attentive and timely with any questions or concerns. The condo is very beautifully decorated and spotless. I will be back.

Amazing stay on the beach!

This place was exactly what we expected and some! It is right on the beach with it's own access. The beds were super comfy, decor was awesome, views were fabulous! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tybee.

This house is perfect. We loved the location, the house itself, the privacy and Donna is great. We got caught in the CloludStrike/Delta on our check in day and Donna was amazing and offered to help us anyway she could. Great location, clean condo, awesome views!

We stayed here with our family of 9 and absolutely loved this place. Very clean and spacious enough for our family. We loved the ocean front views and the short walk to the beach. Overall great experience and the owner was very quick to answer any questions we had.
