"This place is cute and offers a lot of amenities. One thing we didn't realize until we received the check in instructions was that this is a downstairs apartment. Looking at the pictures, we assumed we would be in the upstairs and it never specifically says it's a downstairs or basement apartment in the description. The apartment was very nice and fit our needs well though. The kitchen is small with the table in the middle so having more than one person working in the kitchen at a time is a bit...

"This was a cozy cottage to stay a long weekend in Tybee. It was a great location. It could have maybe used more cleaning (we have a 10 month old and he was covered in dirt and dust from crawling around the house). The bathroom looked updated and the beds were pretty cozy. We did a load of laundry before leaving so that was helpful. We couldn't figure out the old-fashioned lock at first! "

"Our whole family absolutely loved this house! Owners have done a wonderful job with updates while still keeping the houses character. Our kids have already asked to come back and said its their favorite trip.The screened in porch was perfect for puzzles and family game night. Also loved the swinging bed downstairs.*One note, the walk to the beach is easy through the dunes but i wouldnt try to bring a wagon. This wasnt an issue for us but i never saw how to get to the beach before arriving."

"This property was a beautiful place in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood for relaxing and close enough to Savannah to get a little toyed. Having 12 girls can seem stressful but the house was so big we didn’t feel crammed at all. "

"Great location, short walk to the beach. Clean and well furnished. This was our second time staying at this property. Only minor issue was a slow drip of water coming from the downstairs bathroom ceiling, likely condensation from the AC unit. Made sure the owners were aware, but it did not seem that they were able to do anything about it during our stay. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again."

The management was friendly and very attentive, checking in with us to be sure everything was going well. Most importantly, the house was very clean. We didn’t see a single bug during our visit, which is crazy for the south. Would definitely return. Thanks again"
