"The property was amazing. Bedrooms are very spacious with loads of cupboard space. Bathrooms also very good. Kitchen extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. All the various areas for entertainment offer larger groups a choice of activities. The outdoor dining/lounging plus the covered pool was terrific. We had a wonderful few days with family and highly recommend this property. "

"We had couple of days of nice and tranquil time watching the birds play around the trees as we were looking for some time to chill. The accommodation is very well setup and clean. Loved the welcome treats left by the host. Caretaker, Jeff was very informative about the place. Loved our stay here. "

"The house has been expertly renovated and is a great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast. We found it quite difficult to find initially as it is located behind another house, and Umina itself is not at all "touristy", but once we got over those two issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "The host gave comprehensive instructions for check in and offered additional bedding. The house was clean, warm and inviting. Bonus that the beds were actually super comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep.The view of the water from the outside balcony was serene.Location was perfect for a quiet catch up with friends and a night out for dinner was walking distance from the property.Would definitely recommend this accommodation and the host to others."
